Research and Development

Our R&D team consists of 41 staff members, 75% of which have bachelor's degree or higher while the professionals with postgraduate degrees account for 40% of our personnel. The academic background of our R&D staff include electrochemistry, applied chemistry, polymer material science, and IC designing, all of whom were involved in the lithium battery related fields. Under the guidance of a famous electrochemistry expert, our R&D team has established an innovative polymer lithium battery technology system with independent intellectual property rights. We possess advanced R&D and testing equipment such as Arbin testing system and KF-Coulometer. With many years practical experience in lithium battery research, we have dedicated ourselves to providing excellent power solutions of mobile electronic equipment. We also advocate the spirit of "Be practical and realistic, and keep on improving".

Our R&D team can be divided into four functional groups:
1) Material Research Group: responsible for research and application of new raw material
2) Cell & Battery Design Group: responsible for the cell and PCB design, sample preparation, technical service for customers
3) Process Research Group: responsible for the daily manufacturing support, process maintenance, supervision and optimizing, and new process development
4) Intellectual Property Group: responsible for technical literature searching and sorting, R&D project outcome evaluation, patent or new R&D project declaration
